Liz H. Carpenter, P.E.
The President, Elizabeth ‘Liz’ Carpenter is a licensed professional engineer in S.C. and N.C. and IMSA level II certified. She has over 17 years’ experience working with a variety of public and private clients throughout the Southeast in Traffic Engineering.
Tom Haselden, P.E., BCEE
Senior Project Manager, Tom Haselden is a licensed professional engineer in S.C. and Board certified Environmental Engineer, BCEE. He has over 44 years of engineering experience and a strong record of successful project planning and management. His experience includes Manager for several of the larger utilities in S.C. including the City of Columbia and Department of Public Utilities, City of Orangeburg.
